The ŚFUP holds one of the few working in Poland CNC controlled 8-spindle KOLB drilling machine used for sieves manufacturing of up to 40 mm diameter of holes. The water jet equipped with two large tables and two water heads, CNC bending brakes and the latest purchase, most modern TOS Varnsdorf 150 CNC plate boring machine, all are part of our machining equipment, NDT testing facilities inclusive of own X-RAY installations complemented by two independent XR chambers of 15,600/8,000/8,300 in size.
For quick on going and/or final quality inspections such as surface roughness measurements the British TQC apparatus and for hardness measurements the SAUTER hardness tester or for 3D verification of quality the mobile „FARO” arm of 0,024 mm to 0,064 mm measurement repeatability are being used. In addition the company is equipped with for example: the Parker B300S flaw detector used for magnetic testing, ZCC2087 cross cuts testing standard, Mitutojo roughness testing standard, Laser Liner noise level measuring instrument, MST 31M engraving tool for materials such as CrNi, e.t.c.
